Did an amazing job! I was very particular during my search for a new dry cleaners. I wear minimalist fashion so I buy interchangeable pricey pieces that I don't necessarily want to pay 5 for to destroy. I read Dalla's reviews and they overall had the best reviews give or take a few negative. I gave them a shot. I had a semi-large drop-off of suits/etc and received the first half in great condition...had to come back because there were a few pieces they didn't feel were to their standards- so I came back to get them the next day. Everything came back crisp and like new- give or take a couple spots I permanently damaged. The best surprise was to discover that they hemmed my suit pants that had come undone, for free. This may be my new cleaners.
This place is a mess. They have been here for many years and have lots of well earned friends. In the 3 months I have been coming here, they have lost my clothes twice, and today they just decided to come in late at 8:15am while their customers were waiting outside. Today they lost my 88 year old father in laws winter jacket... Very disappointing...
